Madeline Bowman practices employment law, workers’ compensation law, and human rights law in Hamilton and across Southwestern Ontario including: Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas, and Stoney Creek. As a Paralegal, she can provide clients with cost-effective services for employment, WSIB, and human rights related matters.

Madeline grew up in Haldimand County, but always felt connected to the lure of Hamilton. She is delighted to be a member of the team at McMahon Molyneaux Henriquez Labour & Employment Lawyers, and their commitment to providing inclusive, accessible, and progressive legal services.

She is a graduate of the Paralegal program at Mohawk College and is licensed with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). During her time completing the Paralegal program, she worked at Legal Aid Ontario (LAO). This experience accelerated an already keen interest in advocacy for underserved individuals in our justice system.

Madeline has represented clients at various venues including at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) and Ontario Small Claims Court. She has completed the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Adjudication course from Mohawk College and can assist clients with their WSIB related claims.

Outside of the office, Madeline enjoys live music, jigsaw puzzles, and exploring the best views in Southern Ontario.
